FAQ: International Calls

Can International dialers connect by using a toll free number?
No! Any party dialing in overseas needs to call a local exchange number.

Can a participant calling from Canada access a toll free number?
Yes! However, if they do have difficulty, we can have them try the local exchange dial-in number or we can dial out to them.

If I set up a conference and I have international callers, how can I arrange it so that they don't have to pay for the call?
The only way to connect international parties without them paying the long distance fees is for us to call out to them, or to order an international 800 number. International 800 numbers are not very cost effective but will be supplied at the customer's request.
