Reservationless Digital Replay

Outward Communications has integrated the power of digital replay into our 'reservation-less' conferencing platform. Our customers need to only press two keys to initiate a recording of their calls. Participants can access these recordings 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by dialing a toll free number and entering the conference host's account number and 3-digit caller ID. An optional pass-code can also be assigned to the replay event for added security.

Web View

Web collaboration combines your audio conferencing with all the capabilities of the internet. This special feature enables you to view documents online between all the participants. You can also share files and tour the internet. This service is a great way to increase productivity by reducing travel time and travel expensive.

VU Now (Video Conferencing)

The popularity of 'on-demand' conference calls has generated a push for other services to do the same. On-demand conferencing provides flexibility for users whose needs are instantaneous. Unlimited access allows a video conference to be activated at any time with a valid passcode. However, it is still possible to schedule a video conference with only a date and time.

With VuNow, you simply call into the 'bridge' from your telephone or video terminal, enter your pass code, and start your meeting. It has never been easier!
